Several documents are required to be properly completed, filed and/or served before the Court will approve your divorce.  Knowing which documents are needed for your specific case and how to fill them out can be overwhelming for many people and can create frustrating delays in the process.  Let us handle it for you.  We consult with you, gather all of the required information, prepare all of your documents, review everything with you, and handle filing and/or serving them so you can be assured all the necessary forms are properly completed and submitted.

Prices depend on what documents the Court requires for your specific case. For example, additional documents are required if there are children, child support orders, a settlement agreement, pensions, property, etc.  Please call for an accurate quote for your case.
